Does anyone use any of these sites?

Hi,i was just setting up my facebook site,trying to find a music player to put my stuff on when i came across ilike,i don't know what it is like but you can link it to facebook,bebo,hi5.there are a couple of others i read but can't remember what they were,i think myspace was 1 but not certain,once linked and you post a new song it automatically sends messages to your contacts on all those sites,i don't know how strict they are on mashups but i thought i'd give it a try.Does anyone here use any of these sites?

so far i don't like ilike,it's taken nearly an hour to upload 1 song and it's still uploading so does anyone know of any decent music players on facebook that i can put my mashups on?

I did join facebook,but haven't sussed it either.Used a few sites,too.Planning to keep trying,tho.
I don't think multiply gives notices of my posts anymore.
